Tomi Jaakko Poikolainen (born December 27, 1961 in Helsinki) is a former Finnish archer, who participated in five Olympic competitions through the early 1980s into the mid 1990s.
In 1980 he won gold at the Olympics in the men's individual archery competition and in 1992 he won silver in the men's team competition. Additionally, he finished fifth in the individual event at the 1984 Games.
