Tomasz "Jozef" Kuchar (born July 16, 1976 in Wroclaw) is a Polish, rally driver, Polish vice-champion 2007.
He started his career in 1995, won 4 Polish Champion titles (N-3 in 1988, F-2 in 1999 and 2000). He is a winner of Volkswagen Sport Trophy '99, in 2002 he was works driver of Hyundai-Castrol World Rally Team. He was driving: Volkswagen Golf Kit-Car, Toyota Corolla WRC, Hyundai Accent WRC, Ford Focus WRC, Mitsubishi Lancer Evo VI, Evo VII (gr.N), Subaru Impreza spec C (gr.N), Fiat Punto Super 1600.
In 2001 he won Karkonoski Rally and Magurski Rally in 2007. He is also winner of Barborka Rally in 2004 and 2007.
In WRC his best results are: Swedish Rally 2002 - 12 overall (Toyota Corolla WRC) Rally New Zealand 2002 - 11 overall (Toyota Corolla WRC) Rally Australia 2002 - 12 overall (Toyota Corolla WRC) Swedish Rally 2004 - 4 in PCWRC
He had also very good results in estonian rally E.O.S. In 2001 and 2002 he was third, in 2003 finishing second, behind Markko Martin.
