Tom Wiggin (b. July 6, 1955) is an American actor and writer. He has acted in Law & Order, As The World Turns (as Kirk Anderson from May 1988 – August 1998), Guiding Light, Another World (as Gil Fenton), All My Children, Texas (as Joe Foster), The Bronx Is Burning, Iron Jawed Angels, Izzy and Moe (with Jackie Gleason and Art Carney) and St. Elsewhere. He has written for Another World (1998 – 1999) and As The World Turns. He is currently developing a political game show called Across The Aisle.
Wiggin was born in New York City, and raised in Alexandria, Virginia. His hobbies include music, politics, and sports such as golf and softball. He and his first wife, Amy Forte Wiggin, are divorced. They have two daughters.[1]

He has been nominated for two Soap Opera Digest awards. In 1990, he was nominated for Outstanding Comic Actor for As the World Turns. He was nominated again in 1996 for Outstanding Male Scene Stealer (again for As the World Turns).
