Tom Taylor (writer)

Born in Melbourne, Australia on November 29, 1978 Tom Taylor[1] is an Australian writer and playwright.

A writer, director, singer, songwriter, freelance journalist and professional juggler, Tom Taylor graduated from Swinburne's Community Theatre course in 2002.

Performing and writing for theatre and musicals from the age of fourteen, Tom's works have been produced across four continents. His work has won a number of awards and accolades including winning the award for 'Best Dramatic Writing' in Short and Sweet - The worlds largest short play festival.

Perhaps most notably his work has been performed at the Sydney Opera House and Melbourne Arts Centre.

His work has also been studied at Melbourne University.

Tom contributes to several online publications including the American Chronicle and The Spoof. His work has also been published in Magazines.

Tom is currently working on several film, television, theatre and other projects including working with illustrator Colin Wilson.
