Thomas Smith (born 14 December 1985 in Bristol, England) is a Welsh rugby union footballer, who has captained the Wales Under 21 Rugby Team. He was educated at Central Junior School and Dyffryn Comprehensive School, Port Talbot. His brother Matthew who also went to Central and Dyffryn is said to be an even brighter prospect in the world of rugby and is tipped to be the best rugby player in the world. He plays his club rugby for Neath and he is also part of the Ospreys Academy Team.
He made his debut for the Ospreys as a replacement against Connacht in February 2007.
He is currently studying Medicine at Cardiff University.
