Father Dennis Thomas "Tom" Scully was a fictional character in the Australian soap opera Neighbours, played by Andrew Larkins. His character was most famous for having left the priesthood in favour of a relationship with Susan Smith. He entered the show in 2004 and left in the same year to help his father on the farm.

In April 2007, Tom returned to Erinsborough to start over with his old flame Susan. He had been out of contact with former sister-in-law Lyn Scully for a long time and didn't know that Susan had been widowed, and re-married. He was appalled that she had taken Karl back and she ordered him to stay away from her family and herself. But he replied that it wouldn't be possible. He was the new principal of Erinsborough High School, the job Susan had applied for. This increased tension between the pair while Karl was away which ended in Tom saying he would accept Susan's resignation. Susan refused to quit and became reliant on him for support during Karl's trip. This was mistaken for love when Tom tried to kiss her in the park. Then at the camp, Lolly thought she saw Tom and Susan kissing and started a rumour. She saw their shadows of them sitting in a tent. Susan became very confused and went to see her daughter Libby. While she was away, Bree, Ringo, Zeke and Rachel wage war on him (puttng tacks on his seat, off prawns in his bin and writing "Thou shall not commit adultery" on the board). In one extreme incident, Zeke threw an egg at him.

When Susan returned, she told Tom she would always love Karl and let him down. He then became angry and snapped at everyone, before deciding to leave Erinsborough for Ireland. He apologised to Susan before he left and they parted on good terms.
