Tom Mohan is a former footballer from Ireland.

Mohan played for Derry City FC and Finn Harps. He made his debut for Finn Harps in August, 1998 and was noted for his quick pace.

Since his retirement from playing football, Mohan has moved into the area of regional footballing development and is the FAI's Regional Development Officer for Louth, Meath, Cavan and Monaghan.
