John Thomas Matchick (September 7, 1943 in Hazelton, Pennsylvania) is a former professional baseball player. He was a utility infielder over parts of 6 seasons (1967-1972) with the Detroit Tigers, Boston Red Sox, Kansas City Royals, Milwaukee Brewers and Baltimore Orioles. Matchick was a member of the 1968 World Series champion Tigers. For his career he hit .215 with 4 home runs and 64 runs batted in in 292 games played.
