Tom Logan (Charlie Sheen) is an ex-minister, a widower who lost his wife, Annie (coincidentally played by Sheen's then-wife Denise Richards) in a horrific car accident which is explained later on the film. In morning he wakes up to find mysterious patterns in his field (except in this movie it's a rectangle formed by knocked down crops, with some parts of the field left standing to reveal the huge words 'ATTACK HERE' and an arrow pointing to exactly where Tom, George and Tom's daughter are standing to examine the work). A seemingly caring and wise man, he loves his family although he doesn't seem to approve of his brother's intended occupation (a rapper). When Cindy Campbell dated with George, brother of Tom Cindy understand this signs come from another planets. So, in finally UFOs came to the Tom's house. After, Tom, his brother and Mahalik (Anthony Anderson) go outside for fight to UFOs, they understand they just friends, and they only want to Pootie Tang. Reason for send this signs (Attack Here) is they only watch the videotape. Scary Movie 3 ends with the wedding of the George and Cindy. And Tom return to the minister.

Tom Logan (Charlie Sheen), wakes up one morning to witness three girls in his bed who later have a pillow fight. He tries to kill himself by taking too many sleeping pills but the pills turn out to be Viagra, resulting in a monstrous penis. Unaccustomed with the different mass distribution he tumbles over a balustrade, lands on his erect penis, also one cat jumps to Tom's erection, Tom go to the window, shot down and dies. Cindy Campbell was in Tom's house. Tom is then found dead on the street.

Scary Movie 3 usually spoofs a horror film by M. Night Shyamalan, Signs. Tom Logan is the spoof version of Graham Hess., the character played by Mel Gibson in Signs.

In Scary Movie 4, Charlie Sheen's character Tom Logan spoofs a character of Bill Pullman in The Grudge. When cat jumps to the Tom, this scene spoofed a comedy film named Deuce Bigalow: European Gigolo.

In one scene in Scary Movie 3, Tom Logan fought with fictional Michael Jackson. This scene spoofs TV film Living with Michael Jackson: A Tonight Special and referenced in one episode of South Park.

  • Wife of Tom Logan was played by Denise Richards (former Charlie Sheen's wife). Name of Tom's wife is Annie. Annie's last wish is a life with no sex and no marriage from Tom.
  • Tom's brother, George wanted to be a rapper. He played by Simon Rex and his character spoofs a character of Clint Eastwood in Million Dollar Baby, Eminem in 8 Mile and Joaquin Phoenix's character in Signs.
  • Tom also has a daughter from his ex-wife Annie named Sue. She played by Jianna Ballard, Sue is a spoof of Bo Hess or Abigail Breslin from "Signs" in Scary Movie 3.
