Thomas Joseph Kramer (born January 9, 1968 in Cincinnati, Ohio) is a former Major League Baseball pitcher who played for the Cleveland Indians during the 1991 and 1993 seasons. After the 1993 season he was traded to the Cincinnati Reds, but was unable to make it back into the major leagues.
