Tom Garvin

Tom Garvin (1944- ) is an Irish political scientist and historian. He is Professor of Politics in University College Dublin. He is an alumnus of the Woodrow Wilson International Center for Scholars in Washington, DC and a member of the Royal Irish Academy.
