Tom Fritsche

Tom "Buzz" Fritsche (born September 30, 1986 in Parma, Ohio) is an American ice hockey forward currently playing for the Lake Erie Monsters hockey team. He was drafted in the 2nd round, 47th overall by the Colorado Avalanche in the 2005 NHL Entry Draft. He has led the Buckeyes in scoring 2 years in a row.

He has recently agreed to an amateur tryout contract with the Lake Erie Monsters of the American Hockey League

Fritsche's older brother Dan is a forward playing for the Columbus Blue Jackets.
