Tom Fox is an independent singer-songwriter from England, whose songs have racked up over one million downloads. His style has been described as a fusion of soul, pop, blues, disco, funk and acid jazz, and his music has been released on the Wavemusic (jazz) label in Europe.

Tom Fox's debut album Midnight Rain was produced by a Switzerland based producer, Signorino TJ who has produced artists in Europe for Sony BMG. Tracks from the album were broadcast on stations in Europe, and the United States. In 2004 "Midnight Rain" was nominated for two independent music awards in the United States.

His second release was Slowly EP. Slowly was produced by Tom Fox and Gary Fuston at G House studios in El Reno. It features collaborations with Gary Fuston and Martin Williams and guest appearance by mid-west guitar veteran Maurice Johnson. Rather than distributing the EP to record stores, it was put up on his website and offered for free download. Together, his releases have been downloaded over one million times.
