Thomas Michael Foley (born September 9, 1959 in Columbus, Georgia) is currently the third base coach for the Tampa Bay Rays. During his playing career, he was a shortstop. He played for the Cincinnati Reds, Philadelphia Phillies, Pittsburgh Pirates and Montreal Expos. He is a graduate of Miami Palmetto High School.
