Tom Ellis (born 1979) is a British actor who, amongst other roles, has played Dr. Oliver Cousins in the BBC soap opera EastEnders and Justyn in Channel 4's No Angels. He is married to Tamzin Outhwaite. He appeared in the series three finale of British science-fiction television programme Doctor Who as Thomas Milligan.
