Accountant to L.S. Skaggs, Tom Cuthbert was one of Joe Albertson's chief lenders in Albertson's launch of his eponymous brand. Cuthbert was a partner of the newfound company, and instrumental in setting the finscal foundation that would stabilize its success and growth in the decades to come.
