Tom Curley

Thomas A. Curley (born 6 July 1948 in Easton, Pennsylvania) is an American media executive.
He has been president and chief executive officer of the Associated Press since 2003. He was previously president and publisher of USA Today since 1988; his brother, John Curley, was the paper's first editor.
Curley began his career covering high school basketball for his hometown paper. He became director of information for Gannett Company in 1976 and began coordinating its newspaper research projects.
He holds a political science degree from Philadelphia's La Salle University and an MBA from Rochester Institute of Technology.
