Tom Condon, named the most powerful agent in football by Sporting News 2006, heads the Football Division of Creative Artists Agency with fellow superagent Ben Dogra. CAA represents over 120 NFL players, including Peyton Manning, Matt Ryan, Tony Romo, Matt Leinart, Tim Couch, Marvin Harrison, LaDainian Tomlinson, Tony Gonzalez, Steve Hutchinson, Eli Manning, Drew Brees, Chad Pennington, Alex Smith, Marc Bulger, Chris Simms, Byron Leftwich, Mathias Kiwanuka, Brady Quinn, Jake Long, and Adrian Peterson. Condon (born October 26, 1950, in Derby, CT), is a former offensive lineman for the Kansas City Chiefs between 1974 and 1984 and for the New England Patriots in 1985. He is a former president of the National Football League's Players Association (NFLPA).

Condon went to Boston College ('74) and was inducted into the Boston College Varsity Club Athletic Hall of Fame in 1984. While still playing in the NFL, Condon earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Baltimore.
