Tom Carr (Born June 16, 1978) is an Australian Rules Footballer who played for Port Adelaide Football Club in the AFL, and who currently plays for the Port Adelaide Magpies in the SANFL.

He was selected as a zone recruitment by Port Adelaide, as they had just entered the AFL, and were allowed to select players from the SANFL, as well as some national uncontracted players (see 1996 AFL Draft.)

He played just the 5 games for Port Adelaide, before being delisted at the end of the 1999 AFL season. He then continued to play for Port Adelaide in the SANFL, something he continues to do today.
