Tom Broecker is an American television actor and costume designer. From 1999 to 2006, he served as the costume designer for Saturday Night Live. He is working as the costume designer for NBC's 30 Rock and also playing the recurring role of Lee the costume designer on the show-within-a-show, on 30 Rock.
