Thomas Anthony Baugh (born December 01, 1963 in Chicago, Illinois) is a former professional American football player. He was a center who played four seasons in the National Football League for two teams.

A 1981 Graduate of Riverside Brookfield High School, Baugh attended Southern Illinois University where he was a key member of the 1983 NCAA Division I-AA national football championship squad. Baugh was captain of the 1985 Southern Illinois Salukis and a 4th round Draft pick of the Kansas City Chiefs in 1986. In his National Football League career, he played center for the Kansas City Chiefs for three seasons starting in 1986. Baugh finished his career in 1989 with the Cleveland Browns.[1]

Baugh resides in Lone Jack, Missouri and is currently active in a construction business.
