Tom Armstrong

Tom Armstrong is an American cartoonist and a graduate of the University of Evansville.

He was the original artist on the newspaper comic strip John Darling, which he drew from 1980 through 1984. He also created the daily newspaper comic strip Marvin in 1982, and has worked on it continuously since then. He received the Elzie Segar Award for 1996.
