I corrected the lyrics to Old Indian Tom. It used to say "Lakewood, Barnegat." It now says "Lakewood, Manasquan." Unless the lyrics have changed since 1994 (year I graduated), it was incorrect. If the lyrics *have* changed... man, oh man, that is sacrilege! - Fgarriel 16:47, 10 April 2007 (UTC)

Indeed the lyrics have changed. My class the class of 2004 changed the lyrics back to Barnegat after the new Barnegat High School opened. I'm not going to change them though but someone else can. I'm sure Mr. Correll would apreciate it.

Wow, so Barnegat was the original? That's crazy! They never should've changed it in the first place then. Thanks for the update! Fgarriel 17:51, 4 May 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Question

I see that the article says Toms river Township. I grew up in Toms River and it was always called Dover Township. Did it change? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 68.16.124.118 (talk) 20:45, 16 December 2007 (UTC)

Yeah just last year they changed it to Toms River Twp. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 68.37.121.70 (talk) 20:53, 25 May 2008 (UTC)
