I have removed the prod tag per Countering systematic bias. The sources are plenty reliable, just look at other articles about movies, and you'll see that IMDB is accepted as a source, and I'm sure the Japanese sites are OK, as well. The guy himself is notable; there's no need to delete the article. Take it to AfD if you've still got a problem with it. --Boricuaeddie 00:40, 25 August 2007 (UTC)
- The widespread use of IMDB does not mean it's really an appropriate reliable source. I'm not taking any position on notability here and don't plan on taking this to AfD, but I wanted to make sure I pointed that out since I noticed your argument above. Erechtheus 00:52, 25 August 2007 (UTC)
