Villa Lobos wrote a harmonica concerto for John Sebastian, not Tommy Reilly.
Tommy issued a CD "Harmonica Works", highlighting many orginial works for harmonica, some of them are dedicted to Tommy. Yes, Villa-Lobos' concerto is included in this CD, but it was dedicated to John Sebastian, not Tommy
