Gunn was ultimately forced to retire after the street fight and left Philidelphia for parts unknown.


You can not be forced to retire because of a street fight. Rocky did participate in the street fight also making him just as guilty. As for the assault on Paulie, I am sure that would depend on the eye witness testimony. I am sure there were a few that would vouch for Tommy and at the right price. Tommy was still the champion and I am sure Duke would milk as much money out of him as he could until he lost in the ring.
