According to the Canadian Parliamentary Guide, Uphill was born in, I believe, 1874.Chris. Fulker 14:52, 2 January 2007 (UTC)

The Labour Progressive Party was not organized until 1943, so the sentence about Upill's "views having evolved towards those of the LPP" simply could not be true in 1932-33, when the CCf was formed. I've changed that, and a few little tidyings-up too.Chris. Fulker 15:14, 2 January 2007 (UTC)
