[edit] Mass trespass of Kinder Scout
Stephenson's advocacy of a PW route starting at Edale (rather than further south, eg at Dovedale)seems likely to have been influenced by the mass trespass 3 years earlier (see my comment on that article's talk page) - but I gather (from a Google snippet) that TS thought the trespass 'made no effective contribution' to the access campaign. Can anybody get hold of the full (1981 Oxford History Workshop Journal) article for this?? Linuxlad 11:38, 25 November 2006 (UTC)
