Tom Palin, British painter born 1974. Award winning artist and educator based in the North West of England. Rotunda, painted during 2004 and exhibited within a solo show at Dean Clough Galleries, Halifax in 2005. To date Tom Palin has won the Hunting Arts Prizes Young Artist of the Year Award in 2000 at the RCA, the Gilchrist-Fisher Memorial Award for Landscape Painters in 2003 and The Liverpool University Alumni Award in 2004. Since graduating from Liverpool JMU with a BA (Hons) Fine Art in 1996 he has exhibited his work in a number of solo and collaborative exhibitions. Included in The Dictionary of Artists in Britain since 1945 '(David Buckman,2006).
