Toluca County, West Virginia is a fictional county in the film adaption of Silent Hill, directed by Christophe Gans.
The county is home to two known towns, Silent Hill and Brahams.

Brahms is the closest town to Silent Hill and is where Rose Da Silva and Sharon Da Silva stop before getting to Silent Hill. It is also the local town of which her husband break and enters the local archives, In hopes of finding some clues to knowing what happened in silent hill 30 years before.
