Image:CDToluca logo.png is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in Wikipedia articles constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

[edit] Reorganization and upgrading in progress

I just reorganized the subheadings according to what my class agreed they should be (see Wikipedia:School_and_university_projects/ITESM_Campus_Toluca for description of class project. Their assignment tomorrow is to research information individually about the subtopic their group chose and present it on Thurs. Will will add/change information on Thurs and Friday with citations. [edit] work done on the Toluca page

Students from the Advanced B English class at ITESM Campus Toluca class have extensively expanded this article, adding a lot of goo information. However, the article does need editing work (spelling, grammar, paragraph formation etc). One citation is missing. I will give them a day to work on this, however, any suggestions for improvement are welcome.Thelmadatter 14:49, 10 October 2007 (UTC)

How can I get this page reevaluated for its quality? I wouldnt mind eventually bringing this one up to featured status. Any suggestions towards this is quite welcome.Thelmadatter (talk) 18:34, 8 December 2007 (UTC)

YOu need better pictures of Toluca, metepec is a part of Toluca and you dont mention the amazing entetranment that toluca and mexico provides it honestly makes it look boring and very little joyful and I totally disagree with all of the thing that my hometown city provides, you need an update —Preceding unsigned comment added by 75.21.155.133 (talk) 01:32, 14 December 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Need more on universities, colleges, and haciendas

The discussion of UAEM could be expanded, and the Colegio Mexiquense should be mentioned.

There are some nice haciendas around Toluca, and these could be discussed.
