Tokyo Shoseki

Tokyo Shoseki is a Japanese video game developer company that created Famicom games like Cycle Race: Road Man, a sports game about competing in a race to ride a bicycle across Japan in a marathon. The name of the company is named after Tokyo which is where their corporate headquarters is located. Their most active period of video game developing was from 1983 to 1994 when the Famicom had an immense level of popularity in Japan.
