Tokyo - Nagano Line(東京 - 長野線) is a Japanese highway bus line between Tokyo and Nagano City.

- July 1, 1961 - A bus line between Shibuya Station and Nagano Station was opened.
- June 30, 1971 - Disused because passengers decreased.
- 1992 - Shinjuku - Nagano Line was opened. At first, serviced as a member of "Chuo Kosoku Bus", via Chuo Expressway.
- December 6, 1996 - Ikebukuro - Nagano Line was Opened.
- 1997 - Shinjuku - Nagano Line, changeed to via Joshin'etsu Expressway, be not called "Chuo Kosku Bus"。
- December 1, 2003 - The system of Shinjuku, extended to Hotel Kokusai 21.
- August, 2005 - 新宿系統、善光寺大門経由に変更、池袋系統、川越的場バスストップ停車開始。
- October 1, 2006 - 新宿系統、川中島古戦場停車開始。
- June 29, 2007 - 新宿系統、下り便に深夜帯運行便を新設。（新宿駅21:10発→長野駅0:47着）
- August 1, 2007 - 池袋系統、サンシャインプリンスホテル乗り入れ廃止。
