In this Japanese name, the family name is Tokugawa.

Tokugawa Haruaki (徳川治察; November 1, 1753-October 12, 1774) was a Japanese samurai of the mid-Edo period. The 5th son of Tokugawa Munetake, he succeeded his father as head of the Tayasu branch of the Tokugawa house.
