Here at the TBOWFP (Tofik Bakhramov Official Wikipedia Fan Page) we love our Tofik, he's a nice guy once u get 2 know him. For some of u peeps that never heard of the Great Tofik, he was the referee for the West Germany vs England World Cup Final game in 1966. He made a controversial call when he counted a goal for England after the ball hit the crossbar and hit the ground then went out. After that England won and became champs n blah blah blah, but the most important thing is that Mr. Tofik saved the day for England.

Tofik's nickname was the "Russian Linesman" even though he was AZERI. So don't forget that when you tell your friends about Tofik's amazing feats. The dude was Azerbaijani, if you don't know that country, buy a map.
