Tofkian

Tofkian is one of the 44 Union Councils, administrative subdivions, of Haripur District in the North-West Frontier Province of Pakistan[1]. Tofkian is in an area affected by the construction of the Khanpur dam, according to the Nazim of Tofkian "90 per cent of the orchards of his area have been wiped out and as people are unemployed, crime rate of once a peaceful area, had risen[2].
