Since I was reverted, I ask what was wrong with the formulation "Laika was one of the Russian space dogs and the first living being to enter orbit, as a passenger on the Soviet spacecraft Sputnik 2." ? [[User:Sverdrup|❝Sverdrup❞]] 18:30, 2 Sep 2004 (UTC)

If I had to guess, it's because of the unpleasant-sounding alliteration in "Soviet Spacecraft Sputnik" →Raul654 19:11, Sep 2, 2004 (UTC)
