Todos Santos Cuchumatán

Todos Santos Cuchumatán is a municipality in the Guatemalan department of Huehuetenango. It is situated at 2,500m above sea level. It covers a terrain of 270km2. The annual festival is October 31-November 2, centered around All Saint's Day on November 1 ("Todos Santos" translates to "all saints" in English).
Todos Santos's population is mostly indigenous, of Mayan descent, most of whom still speak the Mayan language of Mam. The village is one of few places in Guatemala where the indigenous men still wear their traditional clothing, along with the women.
The municipality contains 13 Aldeas, smaller towns, and a number of caserios and cantones. San Martin Cuchumatán is the second largest town in the municipality of Todos Santos. San Martin is home to the agricultural heart of the Cuchumateca valley, including such crops as potatoes, broccoli and large scale cultivation of coffee.
