Todor Batkov is president of the Bulgarian football club Levski (Sofia).

Born on 17 October 1958.

Doctor of Law. Since June 1991 is managing partner of the “Batkov, Stoev, Botev and Co.” Lawyer’s House. Member of the college if barristers and the International Lawyer’s League with headquarters in the Paris . Member of the Supervising Council of MobilTel Ltd. The Chairman of the Board of Directors of Standard News Ltd – publisher of the “Standart” Newspaper. His hobbies are football and volleyball. He is the president of the Bulgarian football club Levski (Sofia).
