Todd Andrew Sears (born October 23, 1975 in Des Moines, Iowa) is the first baseman for the Albuquerque Isotopes in the Pacific Coast League. Sears has previously played in the majors with the Minnesota Twins and San Diego Padres.

Sears was drafted in 3rd round by the Colorado Rockiesin the 1997 Major League Baseball Draft.

Sears hit .302 with 10 RBIs and 1 home run in 33 games for the Isotopes in 2007.
