Todd Morse is an American musician who, as well as working on his solo career is currently guitarist for Hardcore Punk band H2O and is guitarist and vocalist for L.A. based Johnny Cash/Tom Petty Tribute Group "Petty Cash". Morse is the former lead guitarist for Alternative/Indie rock band Juliette and the Licks.
Recently he has co-created the Punk/Garage rock band The Operation M.D. in which he is known under the nickname Dr. Rocco with Sum 41's Cone McCaslin.
In The Operation M.D., Morse sings vocals, plays the guitar and additional keyboards, along with Cone McCaslin who sings backing vocals, plays the bass guitar and plays the keyboards.
Morse started his musical career in 1994 when joined to H2O as a guitarist, after his brother Toby Morse, the vocalist for the group, asked him to join the group.
