Todd Hicks is an American soccer left back.

He played six seasons with the Baltimore Blast of the National Professional Soccer League. He is currently, as of 2007, the President of the Todd Hicks Pro Soccer Academy in Carrol County, Maryland and York County, Pennsylvania. He is also a full-time Physical Education teacher at Oklahoma Road Middle School in Eldersburg, Maryland. He is married to the former Dawn Smith of Petaluma, CA and they reside in Hanover, PA with their two children, Madison (2001) and Aidan (2004).
