Todd Vaughn Devoe (born April 5, 1980 in Fort Lauderdale, Florida) is an American football wide receiver. He previously played college football at the University of Central Missouri. He was a member of the Baltimore Ravens practice squad in 2003. Devoe played as a wide receiver and on special teams with the Denver Broncos in the 2005 and 2006 seasons. He left the Broncos on November 10, 2006.[1]
On February 16, 2007, Devoe signed with the Toronto Argonauts of the Canadian Football League. He was released from the practice squad on July 23, 2007. He is now playing in the AFL for the Arizona Rattlers along side former college teammate Kevin Nickerson.
