[edit] Coffee
There should be something about the cold-brewed coffee drink sold in American (at least) coffee shops. --Orthografer 13:08, September 8, 2005 (UTC)
[edit] Merge from palm wine?
It appears that we have two articles on the same subject. In Africa, this drink is called palm wine, while in India, it is called toddy. Then there is further disambiguation to do, as in much of the world, a completely different drink is called hot toddy or just toddy (of which we have an article). Palm wine was recently merged into toddy, but I believe that that only further confuses the issue.
Here is what I propose:
- The palm toddy information from toddy gets merged to palm wine.
- The hot toddy information at toddy gets merged to hot toddy.
- Toddy becomes a disambiguation page that points to both palm wine and hot toddy.
Disambiguation done, no duplicate content. Thoughts? — BrianSmithson 01:33, 22 February 2006 (UTC)
- Seems reasonable to me. --Ezeu 01:39, 22 February 2006 (UTC)
- The people who originally moved everything here have not said anything, so I've gone ahead and done this. — BrianSmithson 16:36, 22 February 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Disambig and Toddy tapper
Seeing as how this page is now a disambig, I don't think Toddy tapper needs to be listed here. I doubt someone is going to link to Toddy when they mean toddy tapper, since no one calls a toddy tapper a "toddy". — BrianSmithson 05:52, 5 March 2006 (UTC)
