So I'm pretty sure it's safe to say he's the best kicker ever right?

Actually, no. He's a fairly obscure kicker. This person is only notable if every NFL player to make a roster is sufficiently notable to merit an article. He's not a Hall of Famer, nor likely to be one unless his career changes radically, he's not a Pro Bowl player, and he holds no records. There's really no overwhelming justification for this article to exist. Of course, this is cyberspace, so it's not like the article hurts anything or is taking up any room.
