I'm not saying that you, your book, and your firm aren't notable, but rather that I'm not sure that this article meets notability guidelines in Wikipedia. In other words:
1. Why is Todd Cochrane important to know about?
2. What is important about the book?
3. What was so special about this BBS over other BBSs?
4. Etc.
