[edit] Lists of other works deleted in rewrite

In rewriting this article, I deleted the reams of lists of all the other minor shows and films he'd appeared in, because I didn't feel that they added anything (and wasn't sure if they were correct). If someone thinks they're useful and wants to verify them, they should dig them out of the revision history and format them properly as a filmography, with dates, name of role etc. Gatta 17:31, 13 December 2005 (UTC)

[edit] TODD CARTY

Thanks a lot for your efforts and advice regarding my reasons for disposing of the horrible AXED word associated to a fine actor such as Todd Carty, who comes across humble and grateful to fans and in every interview modest in the extreme and grateful for any success in his career to date. And Hello Magazine, was the main source of my information, as you now know. I n relation to his reaction to the press at the time headlining false reports and in television interviews as well as Hello and the Mirror at the time, reporting the real reason why he left Eastenders.

Mainly down to missing quality time with his partner actress,

Dina Clarkin and his two sons James AND Thomas. with Eastenders going to 4 times a week, lots of line learning, little time with his partner and children. And Hello WENT ON TO REPORT TODD CARTY SAYING, THAT DINA WANTED HIM HOME MORE OFTEN, AS DID HIS CHILDREN. He spent two years mind searching to leave Eastenders, no matter what and both he and the BBC producers were well aware he was leaving long before he did. And Todd Carty put it, "Let us get one thing straight, I was not sacked, if you are sacked you have to clear your desk and not come back." and he added, at the time. "I remain for the next five or six months in the show"...which he did, as we all know.

Do let me know your opinion, as there is a lot more

on this subject and how at the time, despite the negative headlines, the star took it really well, knowing the truth would be revealed and that the press would look a little silly, seeing that Carty continued in the show 5 to 6 months after the so called parting of the ways. A generally misread announcement and misleading the public. Now water under the bridge and as you have generously allowed the change, getting rid of the word axed which will be picked up throughout the net in a true story, as Caty left of his own accord, we all know that now of course.

A reference to the HELLO story may be very good to mention, if you

require more details from the exclusive article, I will gladly send it to you. For me, as a fan of the entertainment industry, its great stars and more, like the standards you keep going with Wikipedia, so too it has to be the true story as much as is possible regarding its stars, like actor/director Todd Carty.

Thanks again for your advice and help in making the Carty

article as first rate and factual as is possible to do.
