Tobias Oetiker, also known as Tobi Oetiker[4], is a Swiss software developer, mostly known for co-developing MRTG with Dave Rand, as well as authoring the book “The Not So Short Introduction to LaTeX2e”.
Tobias was born in Switzerland in February of 1969. During his childhood, his parents moved around a lot, before finally settling in the small town of Olten.[5]
