Tobias Pilegaard Mikkelsen (born September 18, 1986) is a Danish professional football player, who after helping his team gain promotion to the Danish Superliga switched from Lyngby BK to fellow SAS Liga club Brøndby IF in the summer of 2007.

On July 21, 2007 Mikkelsen made an impressive home debut for Brøndby in their match against FC Nordsjælland. Mikkelsen scored a goal and also notched an assist in a match that ended in a 2-2 draw.
