Toasted TV is a children's television program that airs Monday to Saturday on Australia's Ten Network. It is the successor of Cheez TV. Hosted by Dan Sweetman and Pip Russell, the show targets an audience of 7 to 14 year olds. The activities of the hosts are interspersed with cartoons and anime, such as Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Totally Spies, and Yu-Gi-oh! (Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Monsters).

Premiering on August 22, 2005, it succeeded Cheez TV, and is produced in conjunction with Warner Village Theme Parks, the owner of Warner Bros. Movie World, Sea World and Wet'n'Wild Water World. The show has traditionally been filmed at Movie World, but production appears to have moved to Sea World as of April 2007. It has also broadcast from Wet'n'Wild on occasion.

The shows Series Producer since inception has been Stephen Bergin who began at Network Ten as a sound recordist for sister production Totally Wild. Stephen has driven the shows strong emphasis on engaging it's audience through double dares and other activities that viewers write in to get the hosts to do.

The microphones used by the hosts have signature pieces of human eyes around the stem.

Regular segments on Toasted TV include:

  • Brain Squeeze (the "world's dodgiest game show"), where three contestants play for Wahu items.
  • Letter of the Week, where letters are read and prizes are given out for them.
  • Bike Wheel of Misfortune, where the bike wheel is spun and the hosts have to do one of the many double dares that have been sent in. The Bike Wheel of Misfortune has five categories of double dare: Physical Challenge; Pip V Dan; On Your Head; Wild Card and Down Your Pants. The most popular task is "Down Your Pants".
  • Chuck It In, this is one of the most popular segments on the show. People send in their gross recipes and Pip and Dan mix them in a blender and then have to drink it. If Pip fails to keep it in her mouth she then has to do a "Punishment". One of them is having the mixture poured on her head.

Also, special guests from charity operators, singers and sports stars make an appearance in the show.

However Toasted TV is not free from scrutiny. Videos have been released on video-sharing website You Tube displaying false letters being read out in the name of humiliation of the hosts.
